Nivasa is a 1st. Class outfit !!! ….. I was pleased to know that owner/installer (Suhail) does all the work himself … no 3rd party sub-contracting nonsense. They can do it all, consulting, purchasing, & installing …. He managed to track down a wall-mounting bracket for the 65” Sharp Aquos which he installed & calibrated. The Harmony all-in-one remote Suhail recommend was the perfect answer to the half-dozen remotes scattered around the room, the new remote is even programmed to control the lighting … amazing !!!

I couldn't be happier with the overall experience I had with this company. This was my first purchased house and it was completely renovated already so to say I was a bit nervous was an understatement. Suhail took care of EVERY possible need. From the service, to suggesting alternative solutions, to his meticulousness - it all was amazing!! I've had him back a few times to do other installs and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Nivasa flyered out loft shortly after it opened, offering the mounting of flatscreens of walls. We saved our money and they showed up promptly and on time, bringing all the required tools and wall mounting gack. They even hide the many wires in the wall, which is great since we have HD and a PS3 hooked up to our screen.

We used Nivasa when we moved into our first house. Suhail, Nivasa's owner, was excellent - at the beginning, he dropped by our house a number of times, to take meansurements and discuss our objectives. He then sent us a list of various products to choose from, with his recommendations, and, once we made our selections, purchased and installed the systems. He displayed extensive knowledge about everything from tvs to audio systems to doorbells, and was able to quickly find solutions to unforeseen problems. He was punctual, his work was never rushed, and the end result was fantastic.

A note about the cost: we found Nivasa's rates reasonable. The cost I've noted above includes the cost of all hardware (tvs, speakers for the house and for outside, dvd players, etc.) that we purchased through Nivasa.

Suhail D'Souza and his company Nivasa were the best service provider that my wife and I hired since we moved into the house we purchased in the summer last year (2008). He hired him to install a central sound system for the house (that plays off panels and speakers in each room), and to purchase and install TVs and DVD players in a few of our rooms - basically all of our entertainment "needs". He advised us on the products to purchase and then purchased them for us at prices lower than what we would have paid (to the point that the discount often off-set his labour costs). He then brought everything to our house and installed it all. He is a careful worker, very reasonably priced and very easy to work with. We are thrilled with our entertainment systems. Each of our rooms has a panel that accesses different sources (two ipods and two radios) through speakers in the ceiling - and is very easy to use. He also installed our TV/DVD entertainment system in our family room which connects to the sound system, and other TV/DVD systems in other rooms. As a bonus, our entire house is wire free. He is responsive to questions and to fix any problems that come up (e.g., he replaced our universal remote after we had dropped it). I have already recommended him to others and they have been very happy with his work too. We highly recommend him.

Suhail did a great job on my setup. Everything is 100% concealed and looks great. Everything was also done quickly and as scheduled. Don't hesitate to use Nivasa on your project.

Suhail has done such a great job, that we've used his services twice! We are very happy with the mounting of both TVs. He did a great job with the surround sound wiring and made sure that everything was working and programmed when he left. He was able to convince me to set up the components differently than I originally wanted and I'm very happy that he did! He also gave us a great deal on HDMI cables!
Suhail and his team were fast, effecient and very courteous. I loved that they vacuumed up the area, and wiped all the finger prints from the TV, shelves and components - very considerate!
We will definately be using Suhail and his team for any of our future needs!

Suhail came over, took a look at what I wanted done, and let me know how he would go about it. Then, when it was time to do the job, he was quick and efficient with the TV and the wiring, then even made the effort to do the TV setup and clean up the area. Also got me a great deal on a mounting bracket. Overall, the job exceeded my expectations. Well done!
