I received an online quote from Scott within hours. He had one of his workers come by for a proper estimate which ended up slightly less than the initial quote. I had an appointment scheduled soon after.
The workers showed up on time and were very respectful. They were tidy, worked hard and had the job completed by the end of the day as promised. I was told that bamboo flooring is a more difficult product to refinish, but that certainly doesn't appear to have caused any issues. The flooring turned out amazing and looks like a freshly new installed floor.
I definitely would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
