New Design Renovations

Hired Ken to replace our floors as previous owners had carpeted over hardwood and kept the humidity too high causing mold. Had Ken remove existing flooring, clean existing subfloor, put new 3/8" plywood subfloor on top of existing subfloor, install Hardwood and Ceramic tile. Overall, good job, took direction well. Ceramic, well done, Hardwood, had to keep on him a bit to keep the boards tight before nailing them, not just rely on the nailer to tighten them. Also had him move a closet and would recomend him for his drywall / plaster work.
