I had a broken copper pipe in the basement since last winter & didn't get it fixed as I was afraid of being ripped off by plumbers. All summer the water to the backyard was shut off. I knew I had to get it fixed before this winter & recently found New Canadian Drain & Plumbing on the internet. The reviews sounded almost too good to be true. I called @ 10:30 a.m. & the receptionist said a team was working in Whitby & could get to me by 1 p.m. Najaf & Ferhad arrived early, quickly assessed the problem & fixed the broken pipe. They then tested it to ensure no leaks and shut off the water for the winter. I told them that the plug in my ensuite sink broke & needed fixing. The previous person who checked it out told me I needed an overflow kit to fit the problem. Najaf examined it, got a small part from the truck and fixed the sink in about 5 minutes.
I KNOW that I've found my plumbers for any future plumbing work - drains, water problems, or changing fixtures. The level of competency & the professional service delivered at a reasonable cost in about 45 minutes, far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Najaf & Ferhad for a job well done!!!
