The company was prompt in answering our call and sending a plumber.
Charged $400 for work and did not resolve the issue. Estimated another $1000 - $2000 to fix and instilled little confidence the job would get done. We called another plumber and resolved for less than $400. In our opinion the plumber was not properly trained or equipped. Terrible customer follow up and service. Our experience was very disappointing and would not recommend this company.
