Plumbing review in

1. Job which should be done in 3-4 hours took 10 hrs.
2. I asked for written warranty for new pump and did not get it.
3. I asked technician for a picture of new pump and I didnt get it.
4. Workers didnt take steps to minimize the mess, left the place filthy and used my tenants towels to contain sewer spill.
5. Technician was asked to lock the front door and leave the key with the neighbor. He left the door unlocked and the key on the countertop.
After this review The company apologized for leaving the door unlocked and provided written warranty.
