This experience is from a couple years back but as I was writing some other reviews I figured I should put this one in as well. I was having a few issues with my central vacuum system. The gentleman in the store was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and suggesting how to fix it. I ended up doing the repair myself and purchased some other parts from them.
It is nice dealing with a real person in a small company.
