Nanette helped us with our most recently with our kitchen, but also our living room, dining room, and bedrooms over a few years - whether it was drapes, pictures, coffee tables, colours for our walls, bedding etc - and she also did our ensuite. I really liked her - she is very easy to deal with.
Nanette can do high end and low end - you don't have to be rich to get great results. She gets right back to you on pricing - within the day and was always very punctual. I'm a bit shy and she made my at ease as she's very down to earth. I don't have a car and she picked me up and drove me to various stores. Really wish we had another project as I miss working with her.

We hired Nanette to re-do our basement. Not having any colour/style sense, we decided to use an interior designer to help us along. Nanette not only was very professional, she knew exactly what we wanted and was very helpful in choosing colours, furniture, carpet, lighting and fabrics. Nanette was very accommodating with her time and our schedule and was also very accessible. The room turned out better than we expected!! We look forward to our next project with Nanette.

We've been using Nanette's services for a few years now. At first, we just had her pick paint colours for our condo, and were thrilled with the results. She knew we weren't interested in anything beige or boring, and came through with a smart, stylish plan. We loved the look, and from all the compliments we received from friends and family, they were great choices.

When we wanted to purchase a new sofa, we called Nanette after a few frustrating shopping trips to furniture stores. Our purple sectional is the most comfortable piece of furniture we own, and again, compliments abound. She had it built by one of her suppliers exactly to our specifications. (I'll never look at Pottery Barn the same way again!)

When we bought our house filled with stark white walls, our first call was to Nanette. Once again, she got us sorted out, pulling together the star sofa, artwork, plants, and had us paint the kitchen purple - love it. (Love it!!!). The house didn't need a lot of work done, but the new kitchen counters she picked out were perfect, and a colour I wouldn't have considered.

We just sold the house, and made a nice return on our investment after one year, so many thanks to Nanette Snel for her spectacular advice. I have recommended her to friends who were as impressed as I am. She's lovely - smart, professional, and listens to her clients, giving them what they ask for - and more. My husband and I don't make any decor decisions without checking with Nanette first!

Nanette helped us with colour consultation in both of our last two houses as well as our cottage. She also helped us with lighting choices, furniture arrangements and the placement of pictures. Nanette really listens to you - and she can come into the house and pick up on what you like right away. She is very perceptive and intuitive about how to make everything come together. Even if the colour isn't what she would use, she can take it (for example my daughter wanted pumpkin orange walls in her bedroom), add complimentary colours (brown walls and a blue ceiling) and the results are spectacular.

I hired Nanette Snel to help me choose colours for a home I had just purchased. Nanette listened to my wishes and concerns, and developed a terrific look for all rooms on all 3 floors. She stopped me from making some colour choice mistakes, and also encouraged me to be a bit bolder in other choices. Admitedly, I was excited and a little nervous...with the end result being I am thrilled and delighted with the outcome! The room I was most nervous about (the dining room) is the one I love the most, and I would have never chosen those colours on my own. She told me to trust her, I did and I am so deliriously happy that I did! Aside from her oustanding professionalism, she is extremely personable and engaging, and a joy to work with.

I recently hired Nanette at Nanique Interiors for what most would consider to be a very small interior decorating and colours mandate. I was sure I would not find a decorator interested in my small project. Nanette was absolutely responsive and client-focussed, and I got the advice I was seeking, delivered in the way I wanted it - I didn't want to be consumed by a 'process'. I've painted the colours that Nanette suggested and my rooms 'pop' just as I wanted them to!

Phenomenal just isn't good enough to describe Nanette's work. She can walk into a house and not only assess the building features but can very quickly sense your character and design taste. She will give you advice that will be technically correct, look spectacular AND feel right for you, whether you are conservative, style conscious or daring. Her recommendations are also geared to your budget. The service was so complete; from colours to accessories to lighting etc. etc.
I knew I would like her and value her opinion the moment I saw her.

Nanette always gives good advice and suggestions based on what you describe as your wishes. I also love that her subcontractors are reputable, do good work and clean up after themselves. The pieces recommended were good quality and efficient on resources. I am pleased that I could set the tone for price and she tries her best to get the value.
