Plumbing

I had an issue with the ball valve Mr. Rooter installed for my garden hose and complained about it. Mr. Rooter came by and exchanged the ball valve tap with a regular hose bib tap and now I can regulate the volume water better. Thank you very much Mr. Rooter for your quick service to remedy the problem.
Again the young man who did the work was very polite, quick and efficient.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Mr. Rooter would test the products that they install to see if they actually work properly for their intended use.

Plumbing

I was disappointed with the product, not the service. I wanted a new outdoor tap for my garden hose. The new one is not satisfactory as it works on a lot of pressure, and little water so that it sprays everywhere when it is turned on and no hose is attached; it is EXTREMELY LOUD in the house when the water is running and can be heard on the other floors; you cannot regulate a low volume to use less water to turn the sprinkler on a small area, it is either on full blast or nothing will turn the sprinkler.
It cost a lot of money and I wish I had my dripping tap back. Mr. Rooter would not use the old style 'hose bib' because the valve wears out, but this lever switch is not suitable for my home because of the noise and inability to adjust the water flow.
The gentleman who installed it was polite, quick and efficient. I just dislike the tap he installed. If I had money to burn, I'd hire another plumber to put in another hose tap. I wish Mr. Rooter would test the products that they install to see if they actually work properly for their intended use.
