In attempting to replace a cartridge in a kitchen singl lever tap that was constnly dripping, I encountered a problem in the re-assenmbly of it. I called Mr Rooter and got a great reception on the phone. The receptionist assured me it could be fixed and a service guy would be there within the hour.
John Dima arrived shortley thereafter, and proceeded to work on the tap. In short order he assessed that the tap was broken and presented a plan to replace it as well as some other modifications to the shut off valves. I approved the work and now have a new, and better functioning tap. John worked quickly, did a GREAT job, and made sure everything was in perfect order when he left.
He took pride in his work and made sure I was satidfied, including ensuring there was no debis left behind. He took care of some things that were bugging me for years and I appreciated that. John can come back ANYTIME.
