Fast response time, but expensive. The upfront "Pay before we come" thing was almost a deal-breaker for me, since other plumbers don't really do that, but this was an emergency so oh well.

I'm not sure what your "upfront pay before we come" comment is referring to. We come out at no charge to assess the plumbing issue and provide our customers with a written quotation to do the repair.
