The crew showed up on time and had the correct size truck, according to the estimate. I was particularily worried about my piano, which had been a gift from my parents. The men moved everything safely, and we love our new home. Thanks, Moveworks.

They offer good prices, very friendly when signing papers however the movers are third party movers. They were rude, and damaged our property. My socks were left on the driveway, yanked out the cable wire from the tv and left the metal connector still attached to the set, badly dented the vinyl siding on our door frame from forcing the couch through the door. Took almost 2 hours to eat lunch and were very rude throughout the move. I've called over 10 times over the past 4 years and moveworks has never returned calls or tried to fix the situation. I am so disgusted in this company, I don't know how they sleep at night. Please be warned. Pay the extra money and go with a reputable company. I would normally not post something like this on the web but I have given them 4 years to solve these issues. SHAME ON YOU MOVEWORKS. family run company means NOTHING !!!

So many damages with this company, and still no resolution or compensation after 3 months, despite numerous calls. Broken furniture, pictures, mirrors, lawn mower and more. The contract stated mattresses and large items would be wrapped, they weren't. Boxes were clearly marked where they had to be taken,and many were to be left in the garage as we were going to renovate our basement. When we couldn't find things, we searched through the boxes in the garage and my husband and I (both in our late 50's) had to carry 28 of them up 2 flights of stairs. Extremely dissatisfied as the company has ignored our requests for compensation. I'm now going to the BBB to see if they can help.
