Moveworks Inc

We hired Moveworks Inc. for our recent relocation. I cannot stress enough how unsatisfied we were. Items were broken with no compensation, workers were completely unprofessional. Movers threw water bottles to each other across our new home, asked for food, asked for a tip as they had just finished loading the truck at our old address; job was half done. We could literally not believe that the move team did not have the address of our new home nor did they have a GPS; we had to draw them a map to the new abode. The crew tried to charge us extra for the move at the end of the day stating the move of our piano was not included in the price. My husband brought out the quote - piano included. Nice try. Contacted for compensation for only one of a few items either broken or damaged; cheque is continually "in the mail".

Sorry, but we've dealt with a lot of true professionals as a result of our move (contractors, painters, flooring installers, etc.); Moveworks was not one of them. Owner is a real salesman; words don't match the - lack of - service. The only reason we went with Moveworks was because they were recommended by our friends; they were horrified when we told them of our experience. Neither of us would recommend Moveworks to anyone.
