As mentioned in another review - these guys came in quite a bit lower with their quote which is why I picked them. I also paid for insurance (which seems to be a waste of money - more later).

I booked 2 trucks with one intended for the house and one for the storage unit. Only 1 truck came. The moving crew was pretty gruff and didn't match the brand of the company IMO.

They were pretty quick loading up the truck from the house. Since the only brought one truck we had to unload that at the new city before going to the storage locker nearby.

They put mats down at the new house but there weren't enough to ensure they weren't wearing boots on the carpet. I am still finding discarded cigarette butts in my garage and driveway from the crew.

My big expensive BBQ was damaged in the move so I was glad that I bought their insurance. I called them to tell them and they said they would order the damaged parts and repair it. 5 phone calls later and no response from them. So the 'insurance' cost was a big waste of money.

At the end of the move I asked the guy how I was going to know what the actual cost was going to be vs the maximum estimated cost. The guy said that the maximum cost is always the actual cost and never less. Which completely contradicts the purpose of an estimate.

So as it stands I would definitely NOT recommend this company as they don't stand behind their work or their insurance. Once they have your money you can assume to never hear from them again - especially if you have any damages that need to be fixed.
