We ordered a custom covered sofa from Monaca Furniture early October, 2019. The service we received from Nicolas was terrific. After we described what we had in mind, he guided us to some relevant models. He was very pleasant to deal with, and there was no "sales pressure" to buy. He was more interested that we'd get what we would like. Delivery was promised in about 6 weeks. Sure enough, 6 weeks and 4 days later the sofa was ready for delivery. It's nice to make such a major purchase and have the company true to its word! The delivery gentlemen were prompt in arriving - they came only 1/2 hour into the 2 hour delivery window we were given. They delivered it to our living room, unpacked it and ensured that it was positioned to our liking. All in all, a most pleasurable experience. We would not hesitate to purchase from Monaca again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase furniture for their home or office. Eric Lakien

Fay told us that the bedroom furniture was American made so we paid the premium price. When it arrived, it was stamped CHINA. The quality for the price we paid is very low. She misrepresented the product and so her business practices are questionable and unethical. I would say, buyer beware. I will not be a repeat customer. Highly dissatisfied.
