They Are Not Who They Say They Are
In April of 2020 we connected with Arash for a quote on replacing our 20-year old furnace. After his recommendation we chose to wait through the Summer and re-address this potential problem in the Fall. We waited until February of 2021 to recall him. He honored the original quote price and arranged to send technicians out to inspect the installation. As a result of our original installation being quite old..there was some dilemma regarding the routing of the exhaust from the new furnace technicians arrived [one full day late] - went into the crawl space,
garage,etc. and we could tell by their facial expressions that they were at a loss as to how to vent the new system. They left [after marking our painted wall with their stud finder] and we received no follow-up call from Arash or Milani regarding this potential job. It is now nearly 3 weeks after the technicians departed...no call! They may have to most trucks
and be one of the oldest firms in the Lower Mainland....but, they are only as good as their employees and - in this case - they rate ZERO stars for terrible customer service! We ultimately contracted with another company who did a remarkably neat and functional job.
