KITCHEN DRAIN PIPE

I would not recommend Milani plumbing. My experience has been a difficult, unprofessional, unreliable poor one.
So very frustrated with Milani from start to finish.
Poor communication between employees, billing your credit card without first giving you an invoice results in a lack of respect for the customer. I certainly would not recommend Milani to anyone.

FAST, FAIR & RELIABLE SERVICE SINCE 1956

UPDATE - Aug 21/20

Many thanks to all of the Milani Plumbing team with special kudos to Nicole and Gur.
Some hiccups in the beginning but Milani did make good on their commitment of standing behind their service. I'm happy with the outcome and would recommend Milani plumbing to family and friends.

Free flowing drains!! Yeah!!

FAST, FAIR & RELIABLE SERVICE SINCE 1956???

Let me begin with the great disappointment I'm experiencing with Milani Plumbing and Heating. We hired this company who we have dealt with in the past thinking we would be treated with professionalism and they would stand behind their service/warranty.

We called Milani regarding a plumbing leak coming from above the basement kitchen sink. Tech arrived the same day we called for service on July 29/20. He cut out a section of the cold water supply pipe telling us it was corroded and "probably has a pin-hole leak." He installed new supply line. Cost $ 267.33Curious does anyone think the plumber should have known to remove the wet insulation that surrounded the hot and cold water pipes? With my walking cane in hand I climbed the ladder and removed the wet insulation myself!

An hour later after using the upstairs kitchen sink, we noticed the same leak appeared in the basement. Called Milani and shortly after the same plumber returned and replaced a section of the hot water supply line and assured us that since he repaired the hot and cold supply lines it must be fixed.
Cost - another $150.00. Really?

The following day the same leak persists. Called Milani and for the third time they send out another plumber - as per Milani "a more experienced one". Plumber arrived and quickly diagnosed the leak as coming from the kitchen sink drain. He cut out and replaced a section of the drain . When he tested it still leaked! He stated more of the drain needed to be replaced and he would return on Saturday or Sunday to resume the job. In the meanwhile he told us not to use the kitchen sink. So much for the warranty as I was handed the third bill in 3 days. Cost $548.52
Saturday morning we called Milani to see when the plumber was returning to finish the job. (which he should have finished when he was here on Fri. July 31/20). The office staff had no knowledge of the plumber having to return. They would call the plumber and call us back. You guessed it no call that day nor Sunday. I called Milani on Monday Aug 3rd to complain once again. Was told the Customer Service Manager would call on Tuesday afternoon and that it would be red flagged. Waited until just prior to 3:00 pm before calling the Customer Service Manager. As upset as I was I tried to stay calm, cool and collected during our conversation. By this point we have been without a kitchen sink for one week and my patience is wearing thin.
The Customer Service Manager informed me she would have to speak with both plumbers. She did offer to send out the second plumber to finish the job. I asked if this would be billed and she stated yes it would. Depending on her findings a decision would be made. I stated I would wait to hear about the resolution before I would have the plumber and his fourth bill come and finish
the job. Tomorrow Tues. Aug 11th is one full week since speaking with Customer Service and
you guessed it no phone call or resolution in sight.
All we want is "Fast, Fair, Reliable Service" as Milani's motto states.
This issue has been ongoing for 2 weeks.
