We hired mikes flooring to change carpet in our three bedrooms. Price was reasonable. We had a large selection to choose from. Installers showed were Great. Showed up on time. Respected our Home and followed strata rules.
We are very pleased with the series. Nicole and Maria were a pleasure to deal with.

The worst experience with this companH who contracted out the job. Carpet intall was okay. Linoleum was comically bad. Horrific cuts. Pieces bubbling. No acceptance of poor quality. Found random rectangular piece placed loosely on top of pipes. Company says they will "fix" the problems by patching and recurring and caulking. Not happy. Also washer and dryer reinstalled incorrectly. Company takes no responsibility. A total joke. Other Reno contractors agree work is horrific

Great customer service in the beginning.
The installer left a huge mess of carpet fibres and piles of dirty sand that came from removal of the old carpet.
I had to no choice but to allow our movers to unpack on top of it and spent the week moving furniture around to vaccum.
I can feel metal under the carpet in a few places. I did send an email to Mike and his staff wrote back they would tell him. I'm really surprised he didn't contact me.

They replaced my carpet in 3 bedrooms and hallway. Mike gave me great advice and is incredibly honest saving me 900 dollars by not replacing the baseboard painting it instead. The crew was so professional and hard at work since they arrived and I'm so pleased with the new carpet that was a promotional package.

called few company's to Sand and Refinsh the hardwood floor. I wasn't sure if I want it to replace or sand and refinish my old floors.
After visiting the showroom and seeing the amount of different types of floors from laminate to engineering hardwood I was sold to there laminate floors. I got many estimates from other company's but I decided to go with Mikes Carpet & Flooring because of there service and price!
They deliver my floors on time and install my new floors five days after I sign the contract. I recommend Mikes Carpet & Flooring for your hardwood flooring needs or laminated floors.

They installed carpet in our rent until in the living room and two bedrooms. We took advantage of the Carpet on promotion. The good thing about it was that it was stain proof and on promotion so we didn't have to spend too much but it also had the durability for tenants to live. Mikes Carpet was great! They installer did a wonderful job! We are very happy with the seri e and we would recommend hem anytime to anyone. In Fact my sister is hiring them to install new flooring. Regina the receptionist was so helpful. She always got back to us in a timely manner. Sean the installer was awesome!

We hired mikes flooring to change the carpet in the bedrooms, stairs. And basement. We rent out he basement so we wanted high quality carpet but also at a good price. They had a promotion with free install for Berber carpet stain proof.
The installers did not waste anytime, they got to work and finished the job in one day. I appreciate the work! Highly recommend them

We decide to got for it and renovate the whole house. Mikes flooring had the best prices by far and since they have been in business over a decade, knowledgable and friendly staff we decided to hire them. we had tiles in our kitchen, solid hardwood in the living room and dining room and carpets in the bedroom! The whole process took 5 days to finish! Amazing work! Amazing installers! We are vey happy bat we have made the decision and invested in Mikes Carpet and Flooring. The sales person was on time and very knowledgeable... She made sure to put me at ease about the entire process plus he was able to work with us to to give me a better price than any one of competitors. We had engineered wood on the main floor and carpet in the bedrooms and stairs
The installers were also great! showed up on time, had a great attitude and constantly asked me for approval but I never had anything to say because they did such a great job!
