This Company should be proud if they like to pride themselves on horrendous customer service and lousy organization. The staff do NOT return phone calls. I paid for 2 bedside tables which were said to be in stock. Upon arriving for pick-up, it had been sold to someone else. I was then told it would arrive two months later, in July. July comes along and I called and was told it would arrive in September. September comes along and no phone call so naturally I followed up. It was coming in any day now I was told!
It finally arrived to the warehouse and on the scheduled delivery day there was no show, what a surprise! I called and they said it was scheduled for the next day! Thanks for wasting my time and money G.H Johnson. I question if the positive reviews on this site are true. I think management creates them to cover up for the perpetually disgraceful level of customer service.

- Pat Johnson should firstly train his son Matthew to have some respect for his clientele and not pass the buck to the person sitting next to him. But since the apple does not fall far from the tree I am nor surprised. Mr Patrick Johnson should recruit a student with some McDonald's experience because obviously making minimum wage for some is a great incentive to being friendly, polite and smiley!

- Never, ever buy nursery furniture there because your child will be in kindergarten by the time you receive the said item.
