New roof on house including flat roof and porch
We had our roof replaced because we were having leaking of our flat roof because two roofers left us with a leak and the last one his follow up # was out of service when we tried to call with the leak. So we found Mega city roofing on Home stars and had them nervousley replace the flat roof in the fall of 2011 and also the main house as they said it needed redone as well. After we had one problem the flat roof started soon after leaking but in a different location from before. So I called Tom Geo the owner and much to his credit came to investigate that very week. He had his men fix the scupper(sp?) but the next rain fall it leaked again. So this has been going on since the roof was done in 2011 but I never put in a reveiw as I was waiting till it was fixed. Its not fixed yet to my knowledge but we moved and left that headache behind. The new owners are putting an addition on top of the flat roof so hopefully that will solve the problem. So much to Toms credit, each time I called him with the SAME problem he came to try to solve it, most would have not responded or told me to stop calling. The rest of the roof seems OK.

Hi June thanks for writing a review just to clarify the leak from the scupper was fixed and your continuous leak that was not a roofing issue. We already determined it wasn't a roofing related issue . After extensive problem solving my team of professionals have determined your outer brick walls had holes with mortar missing along the wall . Your leak only came when the wind hit your walls and then ran down through your window..... I have called you on heavy rain days on more then one occasions to see if there was any signs of leakage around the scupper. You mentioned there was not any signs at all. Your addition required more work then just re-roofing it required a complete re-building and windows were gone as well..... I have been in your home which was no signs of water issues by the scupper once it was fixed.. The only water you had was coming down the outer wall of your home when the rains hit the exterior of the home. Anyways hope all is well take care and good luck with your new home.
