I'd used Mazza to take care of some details before I put my old house on the market and was pleased with the work and the efficiency, so when it came time to organize some work at my mother's place I was confident they'd fill the bill.

But it seemed wise to look for more than one quote. Mike Mazza gave me the better quote by several thousand dollars. The work was done on schedule, even a little ahead as our plans changed a bit, we came in a bit under the estimate, and the work is terrific. It feels like we've really added value to the property while also improving the function and appearance of the space for my mother's use.
