Maytag Store The

Fixed our stove when one burner wasn`t working and the nob fell off. Everything was bought and everything worked as expected. Will use again but hopefully won`t have to... the staff was friendly and price was decent considering what it was.

The delivery person tries to extort for services that was covered. Store person tried to intimidate, raised their voice and was aggressive defending their service. We recommend not dealing with this location or the delivery company.

The person Albert that helped us at Maytag really knew his product and was able to give very detailed specs on the pros / cons of the various models. Even better he was able to give us the name of a great installer / plumber that did a very good job.

We purchased a Neptune washer and dryer for our home in summer 2004. The sales person in the store (Dundas/Winston Churchill location in Oakville) was excellent and helpful. The delivery men were excellent - on time, quick and helpful - they even helped us with our maytag fridge (switching the door from left to right opening) at no extra charge - they certainly earned their tip!

Almost two years later and we LOVE our washer and dryer.
