We were experiencing backup in the main drain line going out from our house. Before calling Roy, we had another plumbing company in to do a camera inspection. They found tree roots and told us the line could not be snaked out and we'd need to either replace or reline the entire pipe for a cost of almost $10,000.

He did a thorough camera inspection, explaining everything he saw, and provided us with a DVD of the footage. He then proceeded to snake out the line and cleared the roots.
