After two days playing amateur plumber without success unclogging the main drainpipe of our house, I called Roy at the end of the day Saturday. He came first thing Sunday morning, and had the drain going in less than 20 minutes. Other plumbers had told us we needed to dig up our front yard to replace an old drain trap to solve the recurring clogging, but after having a look, Roy didn't think it was necessary and showed us how to maintain our drain ourselves so it won't get clogged again. The $115 service call was cheaper than most plumbers charge, and he saved us thousands by letting us know we didn't have to dig up the pipe, which we had planned to do in the spring at quite an expense.
