Our basement drain was overflowing every time we did a load of laundry. An independent drain service scoped the drainpipe under our basement floor and said it's the worst case of roots they'd seen in 10 years. We were going to have to rip up the floor and replace the whole pipe ($8000). We called [competitor] and [competitor] for a second opinion, but they wanted over $250 just to scope it again. Roy came in, scoped it, ripped out the roots with a snake, and cleaned the pipe (which was in fine condition). Roy is completely honest, and his prices are unbeatable!
