I'm a new homeowner of 2 years. My drain that is connected to 2 washrooms started having some problems just after the 2-year TARION warranty expired. As usual, the builder refused to step up because it was after the 2 year expiry, but this problem started way before then. I called up Roy and showed up the same day. I was also dealing with a power-outage the same day and he was nice enough to stick around until the power came back.

Upon inspection, Roy discovered a plethora of 'slurry' in my drain pipes that was the result of lazy construction workers washing their grout and all other crap down the drains during the construction of my home. It took 2 years for it to finally back up to the point that it wouldn't drain anymore (mostly because the two washrooms were rarely used). Roy explained the issue and provided the footage I needed to open a strong case against my builder to make them pay for the neglect and necessary work.

Although Roy was not able to clear out my drain (it was way too blocked and needed something even more powerful), he recommended someone that did the job right and I have no complaints. Friendly, genuine and professional, I'd recommend Roy for any drain service job.
