I had a plugged kitchen sink that wasn't getting resolved with plunging or the use of Drano/Liquid-Plumr. To make matters worse, using the washing machine or dishwasher caused water to come up the sink and stay there. It was difficult to get a plumber to come over on a weekend night, but I was lucky to have called Roy. Although I was living in a condominium, he understood the urgency of my problem and agreed to come over to take care of it. He resolved the problem with the help of his power snake and thoroughly checked to make sure that everything. He also made sure to clean up the area before leaving, and charged me the amount he had quoted over the phone. His professionalism and friendliness has left me with a lasting impression.
