When Roy Gibson came to clear the clogged drain in the basement of my house, he was immediately able to pin point the problem, and went to work efficiently clearing and cleaning. Besides his technical ability he is also a very decent and honest person, and is still interested to give follow-up calls.This to me, spells peace of mind!!
