Mattamy Homes

Bought a home from this builder. During the process of design and structure, the manager told us that Mattamy homes will install a rain gutters in my terrace but during the possession period I asked them why no gutter is installed, The foreman just said it is not their responsibility and hesitated to install a gutter. To think during rainy season or snow days, the wood under neat will easily get wet and ruin faster. And people passing through the garage going in and out will get wet. If they mention this before all the contract is being signed, I shouldn't put myself in their project. Not reliable.
