Beautiful solid deck! Alec and his team provided very professional and responsive customer service. Good value too!

I had a small issue after 3 years as the boards shrink and Alec came back quickly to fix at no extra charge.

What could this company do to improve their services?

Decks review in Toronto

Poor post-install service
Overall, I have some concerns with the deck they built. Throughout the building process I had to tell them to change some 2x4s because they were installing damaged wood.
They built the deck 3 years ago and I am seeing some issues:
-Some of the posts are cracking in a major way.
-Screws and nails came loose in the railing and stairs, which makes the stairs unsafe and in need of repairs.

I called them multiple time to come by to fix it, but they never called back. Poor post-install service.
