he first time we met with Alec he impressed us. He had with him samples of the products we were considering using, and also had many photos of other completed projects for us to see. We were able to visit another customer and speak to her and see the deck he built for her. Alec's quote was very reasonable and competitive for the project, considering the materials we wanted to use.
Alec demolished the old deck and disposed of it. He built a new deck which we are very satisfied with. He consulted with us on any issues that arose and needed decisions throughout the construction process. He also responded immediately when we expressed concerns to him and quickly sorted things out to our satisfaction. He and his team were tidy and quiet on the job and it was a pleasure to have them on site. We are enjoying our beautiful new deck as the weather warms up!
