The worst company to deal with!
Their customer service, if you can call it that is brutal, almost impossible to get ahold of anyone, and when you do, you can't get an answer until Hercules decides to call the office back, and then typically they forget to call you back. More phone calls lead to more frustration, and when they do set appointments they either don't show up or they call 5 minutes after the appointment time to reschedule.
We were more than ready to pay full price for the work we were quoted on, but after seeing the finished product, we couldn't believe they wanted full price for the job. There are multiple spots that look terrible, definitely not "broom-finish", and according to them, there is nothing they can do. It is like buying a new car at a dealership and noticing dents & scratches on it before you drive it off the lot and they still want you to pay full price for it.
We sold our house recently and I feel bad for the new owners if they ever need to deal with this company. I also need a patio at my new house, but will never use these "professionals", and recommend that you do not use them either.

Thank you for your feedback. We have recently hired another receptionist to help with incoming calls and daily work load. We apologize for rescheduling your appointment, sometimes Herc has to remain on site when concrete is being poured therefore we have to reschedule his calls. Hercules did return to your home to apply another coat of sealer to rectify the stamped borders. Hercules was aware of the area that concerned you and therefore offered you a discount to rectify the situation.
