Maret's Quality Home Cleaning

I’ve used Maret’s Cleaning twice, for a move out and a move in deep cleaning, and would not hesitate to recommend them. There are services which might initially seem easier to use, because they will send someone out on the basis of a description of the job over the phone instead of scheduling an in home assessment first. And there are services which are less expensive. But my experience with Maret’s proved worth the time and cost, and I would be happy to use them again. The ‘in home’ assessment allowed me to point out specific things that were important to me, allowed Jackie (who was a pleasure to deal with) to identify things I hadn’t considered, and at the end she provided a detailed estimate of what could be done in how many hours, and in one of the jobs I opted to lower my cost by deciding on priorities. In the 'move out' cleaning there were several deep cleaning items which simply wouldn’t have been done or done well by standard cleaning companies, such as detailed cleaning of the inside runners of mirrored doors, windows removed and reinstalled after cleaning, removal of mineral buildup on bath tiles, detailed cleaning of the edges of floors, and cleaning of appliances as well as the floor underneath the stove and fridge. I'm a satisfied customer !

I found Maret's through a general Google search. They were very well reviewed, so I contacted them for a quote. The response was quick and professional. Maret's home visit to asses the job was actually quite fun; a testament to her skills as a salesperson. She took us through what could be done vs. what she thought should be done, which allowed us to arrive at a scope of work within our budget.

The crew arrived on time and was very respectful of my home. You could tell the difference the moment you walked in: the air was cleaner and the place gleamed.

I have a hard loft with 18' ceilings, lots of art and antiques, and hard-to-reach ledges that needed dusting. All was accomplished without issue.

I would use them again.

I have used Maret's Quality Home Cleaning Service twice and have been very impressed with her attention to detail and her determination to please her customer. I've paid less for cleaning services but have always thought I've wasted my money on a poorly done, sloppy job. I have had home cleaning for many years and have usually been unhappy with the quality of the cleaning. I am fussy in that I want a thorough job done. I hired Maret's after reading the HomeStars reviews. I was incredibly impressed from beginning to end. Maret did a very thorough estimate, the staff came to my house on time, and spent the entire day cleaning the first and second floors of my house. They were amazing and three weeks later, my house is still clean. You will probably be a bit taken aback with the price, but in my view, it is absolutely worth it. In the long run, it is likely not more expensive because the job is so well done. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired Maret's for a one-time deep cleaning of my townhouse, after hearing about them through Homestars. Count me as another very satisfied customer. Jackie came to my home for a thorough but efficient assessment and quote. We corresponded afterwards and agreed on a work plan that met my priorities and budget. The cleaning itself was absolutely top-notch. Maret's team of five paid attention to every detail and were extremely pleasant and professional. They came with everything they needed to do the job (including their own stepladders!), which I really appreciated, having dealt with other cleaners that have done a lacklustre job and then blamed me for not having the "right" mop. I was extremely impressed by their attention to detail and could tell that they had given extra care to the areas that I had identified as priorities. Jackie left me a detailed note to explain what had been done, and Maret followed up the very next day to make sure I was happy with the service (I was!)

Maret's is very upfront about the fact that they are not the cheapest home cleaning company out there, but I feel that I got good value for my money, which is more important. They are highly professional, service-oriented, and clearly take pride in their work. It shows.
