Certain staff were incredibly unprofessional (which is obvious from your response) and the quality of the cleaning was terrible. Unfortunately I did not discover this until I had a closer inspection after they had left and had given her a tip as I was distracted by the fact that my camera was missing (BTW a report has been made with the police!) I had to ask them a few times to use disinfectant not just water on certain areas that needed to be disinfected i.e. kitchen counters, fridge. I personally spent 2 hours after the cleaner left when I re-inspected the place, recleaning all the places she had missed or had cleaned poorly. I also had to redo some areas that still had stains (very easily removable ones) and streaks.
