Manny's Pro Painting No Longer In Business

Manny and team far exceeded my expectations in all aspects of the relationship between a contractor and homeowner. I have always been hesitant trusting other reviews since many variables could factor into the overall experience but working with Manny during all aspects of the project proved to be extremely positive.

To start, Manny's desire to meet me at our new home to properly scope the project was very valuable. This was key to ensure expectations from both perspectives (contractor and homeowner) could be met. He then promptly followed up with a fair and reasonable qoute and then quickly moved to scheduling the job. He committed to the budget and my desired completion date to accomodate our move in date. He showed up every day on time and was not distracted by other jobs. Of course, like any home project, obstacles were met but Manny rose to the challenge and explained the impact and then provided suggested options. There was never a time where I felt like he was adding to the job unnecessarily. Actually, as the job progessed, it was in fact I who added to the job but Manny put in the extra hours (he even worked on Family Day) to ensure the job was done right and on time. Manny even came down with a terrible chest cold but again, he was very determined to see the job through. When working with Manny, you'll commonly hear "No Problem" and that's because Manny will do what it takes to get the job done.

Not only did we have our entire main floor and upstairs painted, but all prep work was done with care. The painting job itself was of very high quality, multiple coats was used to ensure a deep solid colour and his lines were extremely straight and consitent throughout. He even helped with plumbing, electrical work and various other jobs to ensure the overall project outcome met his quality expectations. This was extremely valuable. I consider myself very detailed and appreciate quality craftmenship but when your contractor treats the job as if it was his own home, this is the peace of mind you will have when hiring a contractor like Manny.
