Poor communication and customer service

We wish we could give this company less than the 1 star. We hired MMP to provide a land survey and waited triple the amount of time originally stated for the service; they had to attend our property multiple times to get it right. The communication is exceptionally poor & the customer service abysmal. We had to chase down project updates. The severe delay in the provision of the survey caused an over 2 month delay in our project without any apology or regard from this team. Take your business elsewhere.
