Lynnmour Glass never fails to offer poor customer service and apparently can't do the job right the first time. Have dealt with them twice, hoping that the second experience would be different, but instead it turned out to be worse. Glass wasn't installed correctly, the seals weren't straight, they left a mess, and failed to resolve some other issues related to the install. When contacted there was never an apology and we had to chase them down. The workers in both cases weren't well organized or trained.

There are plenty of other glass companies in town, many more affordable, so I would encourage you to use someone else, so you don't go through what we went through.

Company owner was very generous in replacing the windows where the seal had sagged. Did not charge at all. Worker who came out to replace foggy windows was rather disorganized. Replacement windows were very slow to arrive after ordering due to mistake in order.
