Lustre Luxury Cleaning & Services

I had several cleaning companies and Lustre was the only one who paid attention to details. Luciano and Nick were there to ensure that job was done how I wanted it. I asked them to stick to 8 hours and they were on my budget and they were prompt to help with other projects around the house. Lustre is a great company.

I was incredibly disappointed with the 2 services I received from this company. I agreed to the second service in an attempt to try to give the company a second try and although the second cleaning was not as bad as the first, it was still incomplete. I was there when the ladies were cleaning and I had to ask them to move modest coffee tables or small boxes out of the way in order to get a reasonably thorough cleaning. Considering they advertise as Toronto's premium service and charge accordingly I had very high expectations. Service level does not reflect cost in this case.

Recommended by a "stager" prior to listing our condo. Cleaner missed A LOT. I spent hours cleaning after her. Called the stager, she told me to call the manager/owner. He came over to apologize and promised us a free cleaning that we never received.

600 sq. ft. condo cost $150 to clean. They charged us for supplies that they didn't even leave for us to keep (bucket, sponges)

The Lustre team has been cleaning the HomeStars office each week for the past 12 weeks and they have been doing an excellent job. The people do rotate and I've met three so far and each one is friendly, hard working and thorough. Nick follows up immediately to accomodate last minute requests. I called him one morning to cancel our service over the holidays and he accomodated this right away (on boxing day!).

Lustre provided professional service for me on two occasions and the process and results were so good that I now consider them part of my business plan for my clients. As a real estate salesperson I look for ways to help my clients to ease the transition into a new home, which is a very stressful time. On one occasion my client took possession a few days before they were to move in and Lustre cleaned the house from top to bottom, including appliances and basement laundry rooms. Their team of positive and extremely hard working people were very knowledgeable and personable and made the experience a good one. On another occasion a post-renovation clean up of a condo included windows,dust and refuse from the contractors and the relocation of furniture. The cleaning was thorough and the equipment and products they used were very effective. As a real estate agent I would highly recommend Lustre and I will look forward to trying out their other services as they relate to my industry. Keep up the good work Nick!

Lustre Luxury is a fantastic cleaning service. I highly recommend them. They are very hard working, reliable and professional. Lustre identifies one off cleaning projects and completes them without being asked. They do a very thorough cleaning, e.g. under beds and couches, baseboards etc.
It is so nice to come home to a such a sparkling clean house!

Lustre put the polish on our home just hours before the dinner guests arrived. Nick and Luciano went out of their way to help us out with a last minute request. The cleaning team worked quickly and efficiently to meet our needs. They also offer many other home services. Although a little pricier than some cleaning services, it was money well spent and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
