I engaged Lovett for a rekeying on move in. No fuss, no muss, he got it done quickly and effectively. I am fascinated by locks myself, so he was happy to explain his work to me, which made it a very interesting experience. He clearly knew his stuff. We had one complication which he took back to his shop and returned the same day. He got all my locks onto one single key, which was a first for me in home ownership. No crap about my COVID precautions either, which I am grateful for. Highly recommended.
