I called on one day and they were here and had the job quoted and completed within 24 hours of that call. I was advised of what they recommended before the job began. They were very thorough, cleaned up after the job was done and were very respectful when inside our house. I will definitely call Lodder Brothers Plumbing the next time I need plumbing work to be done.

We have had a longstanding leak from our tub and have been unable to determine the source.

The technician was abrupt and did not definitively determine the source. He seemed impatient with my questions and dismissive of my observations.

I am immunocompromised and told the company that upon booking. He arrived in just a mask. No protective footwear or gloves as described in their covid protocols.

He made assumptions that my husband will be doing the caulking and clean up when it will be me.a

He reentered the home rather than wait for me to respond to the door. By that time, I had released my dog from his kennel. My dog has fear aggression and could have attacked.

Thirty foot 25 yr old kitchen drain run clogged. System snaked from both ends and cleared. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. A task that is normally messy and disruptive was done with an absolute minimum of mess requiring next to no cleanup.

Prompt, careful, thorough service. DJ is very personable, competent and knowledgeable. He and Jacob worked well together to install a new sink in our bathroom and a new kitchen faucet. Nick, the technician, was super polite and informative. He installed a new kitchen faucet and changed the tap on the main water supply to the house because it had seized up. Nick knew exactly how to do everything and even educated us about the water softener.

Drain for kitchen and bathroom sink, and shower stall blocked during the corona virus pandemic. The technicians got here within about 1 hour of my initial call, diagnosed the problem in about 5-10 minutes, and snaked out the blockage efficiently and with no issues.
Also a laundry tub draining slowly was diagnosed (old tub cheaper to get a new one than fix it).
I am a senior and avoided face-to-face contact with the technicians. We did all our discussion by phone with me in another part of the house while the technicians were in the house.

AJ was wonderful! The Lodder Brothers provided me with same day service and great communication along the way! Olivia was wonderful and kept me informed about the process and when AJ would make it to the property. Sure pleased! :)

Nick and partner installed water softener and cleaned up after. Installation was fast and explanation on the operation of the water softener was excellent. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
