Valved off w’ 1/2” pipe when BBQ needs 3/8”. Had to get the fittings myself to install (wasn’t about to call em back and pay more).

Overpriced, pipe supports not spaced evenly, pipe not ran level.

Left a mess of wood shavings after drilling through my fence post.

Same afternoon booking for toilet installation. Sean provided estimate up front, no surprises. Installed toilet and co worker carried out the old toilet for disposal. Efficient, friendly service, considering the parking challenges due to York Road construction.

Our water main shut off valve was leaking initial call to Lodder had DJ Bernard made the call, valve needed to be replaced. Main water was shut down and system was drained in order to replace inside shut off valve. No problems DJ was in had the job done in about an hour. Excellent work, took the time to answer any questions I had concerning this issue.

Would highly recommend Lodder Brothers for your plumbing issues as have had other “professional plumbers” come in the past for same problem that Lodder Brothers dealt with on this latest occurrence. My kitchen sink was hopeless clogged one week after moving in to my new townhouse in Guelph.
Sean from Lodder Bros came out and was very professional and courteous.
He diagnosed the problem as a grease clog several feet down and was able to sucessfully snake out the drain to get my kitchen sink draining again.

When you live in an older home, the plumbing is sometimes full of surprises, and our kitchen was no exception. Lodder deinstalled and reinstalled our kitchen plumbing, as we had just purchased a new countertop. The reinstallation in particular required a lot of work and a some creativity to make it happen, since the some of the original fittings were not well installed in the first place, but the Lodder plumbers rose to the challenge, and we now have a nice new countertop AND kitchen sink that functions better than it did before. Nice work, guys!
