Lighting Plus

I waited 8 weeks for custom curtains when i was told they would be 4 weeks.
I was told install would be included and they were too busy to install them.
I asked for french pleats and they came back the first time triple outside pleated. I said i wanted only a few pleats in the curtains and i ended up with many smaller pleats...Not the look I was looking for..I'm taking them elsewhere to have them fixed.
Also ordered sillouette horizontal blinds..Buy them at home depot for half the price and the same. Don't get them installed by them as they don't put anchors in the wall before screwing them in place. The screws couldn't take the weight and the plaster on the wall came off.
Overall poor service with empty promises.

Anyone looking for light fixtures should definitely check this place out! I recently went to Lighting Plus in search of table lamps and a ceiling fan with lights - I was not disappointed. The selection is amazing, and (the best part) they have interior decorators on-site to answer questions about the various fixtures and give recommendations for your personal price-range. The staff there were able to show me things along the lines of what I had in mind, as well as introduce me to lighting fixtures that I hadn't considered, but that they thought I might like (based on what I had told them that I was looking for, and for where in my house I needed the lighting). I have already recommended this place to friends, and will continue to do so. This store is now at the top of my list for light/lamp shopping!
