It started on installation schedule day which lifestyle call and rebook for another day, the new booked for installation was for October 15/21 . The day came and no one showed up or called . I called Lifestyles , I was told would call me back and that took all day. I sent an email . I had to re install the railing around the porch since I people coming for my birthday that night , and porch being more then 3' I didn't anyone to fall. I'm a senor that is been treated for cancer. The installers two days to enclose the porch. When done , the windows were not cleaned , I had to remove glue off door where window sticker was. The door frame is not place where I agreed upon , it is 6" to far forward. Which I don't have a landing , can only use a half the door because stair railing is almost to the middle of the door. There is one window that vibrates with the wind ,two windows are hard to unlock. the door lock doesn't work and being a front porch door there is no way to lock the door from the outside when you are leaving home, who puts a door up that you can't lock from in and out side. I was told that the glass was thick but bait and switch I got thin glass .I found grass in the sliding door track which was never cleaned , dirt and grass on slide frame . I now have an add expense either moving the porch steps or replace them so entrance to porch will look better , and be able to use the full door to get in and out ,right now it just looks stupid . I was told the installer would be in on October 28/21 to fix the issues and again a no
show. It is excuse after excuse . I DO NOT RECOMMEND Lifestyle Home Products. I sorry I got this company. I paid way to much for the valve I
got.
