Harvey Lerner was great to deal with on the phone and in person. He showed up right on time at my new apartment to measure windows and his installer arrived with new blinds when promised and got them up fast and right. Harvey made good on a mix-up in order with no complaint, even though I'm sure it cost him. I'd recommend him for great products, excellent service and being a pleasure to deal with.

Lerner Interiors sells a superior quality product, at a reasonable price, and offers good recommendations on design and functionality. The service was personal and friendly. They delivered on time, and the installation was professional. Highly recommended!!

The owner, Harvey Lerner, although rushed to get all the measurements and fabric choices done quickly due to our short time schedule, got everything completed on time and we are very happy with the end result. The blinds and drapes look beautiful in our new condo.

I wanted to update the roller blinds in my condo and after much research, contacted Lerner Interiors.

Harvey, the owner came to my place on time despite horrendous weather conditions. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions and various options.

His installer came on time and did a great job.

Mr. Lerner is extremely knowledgeable in this area and when he arrived to measure, he knew exactly what we wanted and was able to make wise decisions for us. Lots of samples and suggestions. The installers were also very nice, prompt and their care for our home was wonderful. The finished product on our windows is amazing. The quality of the their product is amazing and the attention to detail is perfect. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their product and company to future customers.

I found the whole process, from the consultation to the installation very smooth and professional. The product is excellent and I enjoyed working with Harvey. The installation was fast and all the packaging was taken away. I have already referred a friend; everyone compliments the shades. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I have dealt with Lerner Interiors since I moved into my home in 1985. I was extremely satisfied with the quality and service I received from Harvey; so when I decided several years ago to update the shades in my kitchen, I called Harvey Lerner again. Again, I received great service and was very pleased with the product and the installation of the shades.
About six years ago, after I had some renovations done in my home I once again called Harvey to help me with new shades. The quality of the products he sells is par excellence. The shades were installed by the same installer as on the previous occasion and we have loved the results.
Recently, I thought that I had a problem with one of the shades and Harvey immediately made an appointment to have the installer come to my home. It turned out to be a very minor issue with a bracket. Considering we open and close these shades often more than once a day I am quite surprised not to have had to call him before this.
I would whole heartedly recommend Lerner Interiors, Harvey and his installation without reservation. You will be very pleased with the product line from which to choose, his prices, and above all his quality service.

We had Harvey install blinds throughout our house, 8 windows in total. Product selection, quality, advice and installation were all good. We also received prompt responses both pre and post-purchase.

During the installation we noticed that 2 out of the 4 honeycomb shades felt noticeably "short", but we were assured that they would loosen up over time and with usage. So we let a month go by, and then called Harvey back because the situation hadn't noticeably improved (i.e. these 2 shades still required unreasonable force to fully extend, and they had so much tension when fully extended that they would partially retract over night).

Harvey came by, fiddled with the shades, then explained that the different tensions were due to manufacturing variations, and that there was nothing he could do.

We unfortunately remain disappointed with the performance of 2 of our window coverings, and also the overall response to our concerns.

Update: After the original review was posted, we were contacted to have the installer stop by to make adjustments, and the 2 tight honeycomb shades now perform satisfactorily. We have therefore increased our review score as much as possible given the circumstances to obtain a resolution.
