We had Harvey install blinds throughout our house, 8 windows in total. Product selection, quality, advice and installation were all good. We also received prompt responses both pre and post-purchase.
During the installation we noticed that 2 out of the 4 honeycomb shades felt noticeably "short", but we were assured that they would loosen up over time and with usage. So we let a month go by, and then called Harvey back because the situation hadn't noticeably improved (i.e. these 2 shades still required unreasonable force to fully extend, and they had so much tension when fully extended that they would partially retract over night).
Harvey came by, fiddled with the shades, then explained that the different tensions were due to manufacturing variations, and that there was nothing he could do.
We unfortunately remain disappointed with the performance of 2 of our window coverings, and also the overall response to our concerns.
Update: After the original review was posted, we were contacted to have the installer stop by to make adjustments, and the 2 tight honeycomb shades now perform satisfactorily. We have therefore increased our review score as much as possible given the circumstances to obtain a resolution.

Having learned about our clients concerns I personally went immediately to address the problem.
After inspecting the shades in question, I did notice a slight difference in the tension in the shades, and that the sills were not perfectly even magnifying the problem.
Noting the client's dissatisfaction, I have contacted the manufacturer and have insisted that they help try to resolve this issue.
After receiving feedback from my supplier we will then schedule our installer to come back to your home again and try once more to improve these issues for you.
As always in over 40 years of operation, we never avoid an issue and always try to solve it-if it's at all possible.
