Deceptive business practices - do not use Leons
We bought a kitchen table and 4 chairs from Leons. After waiting over a month for delivery, they called and asked if they could deliver but they only had 2 chairs. We said no, don't deliver, because we need 4 chairs.
They called back the next day saying they miraculously found two more chairs and they scheduled delivery.
Delivery arrives, 2 boxes for the table and base, and two boxes of two chairs each. Except when we open one of the boxes there was actually only one chair. As soon as I picked it up I knew there was a problem, as it was much lighter than the first box and there was a lot of rattling. Sure enough, one chair was missing and the other was unwrapped, suggesting it has previously been assembled.
We contacted Leons and told them we said they were not to deliver unless they had 4 chairs, and there answer was they would send the 4th chair in a month to six weeks.
We said, sorry, not good enough. We need 4 chairs, and asked them to take everything back. They refused, saying because they delivered, no refunds were available. So basically, they can short an order, pretty obviously, even when I customer says don't deliver if you can't complete the entire order, and they believe that completes the sale.
This is a horribly deceptive business practice and I would not ever recommend buying from Leons.
