Purchased new couches, washer and dryer in the beginning of September, the rep had said we are to expect the couches in 6 weeks. In October, when we received partial order (the washer and dryer) our rep has called and said the couches will arrive by the end of October. By the middle November, we still didn't receive any calls as to when the couches will arrive. I sent 2 emails to the email address on the invoice with no response back. I then called and was told their internet is down. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to tell me that I should expect the couches by end of November. Today, December 4, I called and the person couldn't even tell me what's going on with my order and asked me to "leave a message" cause she didn't work at Customer Service.
