Our 16 year old washing mashing would not drain with a full load of towels and water in it. I called Garnet on a Sunday afternoon. He called back within the hour. Over the phone he was able to get it working temporarily, set up a time for a service visit and provided an estimate.
Garnet repaired the washer for the the estimated price and confirmed that we should get another 2-3 years out of the washer, which will give us plenty of time to research and shop for a new one.
Garnet is a super friendly guy and communicates well. He is definitely our go-to guy for appliance repairs.
