I found Lazer group on Homestars and after speaking to a few other companies who kept telling me what they don't do and that they can't do a service call at 4pm; It was refreshing to here the words " no problem" and " we'll be there". The result was they came on time, the repair got done and everyone is happy. Thanks again!
