Worst company ever. Did not come to clear the snow until the next day (over 24hrs later) and when contacted were the extremely rude and basically told me "too bad you already paid" I would never ever use them and I warn people that this is the absolutely worst company, service and people to deal with. I had to shovel my driveway being pregnant with 2 little kids which is why I paid for this service and they just didn't show up at all in fact when we called they said they were there at noon which is 100% false as I was shovelling the snow for over 2 hours from 11:30 to 1:30. They decided to come the next day at noon after I had already called and asked them to cancel the contract and give me my money back ($250) to which they replied forget it you already paid.
This company awful you should never take more customers than you can deliver to, and at least have the decency to apologize and offer some sort of compensation or discount for the future, instead they chose to be extremely rude. They do not deserve to be in business.

Worst company ever!!! This tells us that Patty is a very UNHAPPY person in life, meaning that she has been threw many, many snow ploweres to use the word WORST. This customer just signed up the last week of Feb 2013, fired her previous company cause PATTY was not happy with the job she was getting. Our snow plowing programs are a response time of within 8 hours after a snow fall.
This customer claims she had to clean her driveway between 11:30am and 1:30pm Feb 28 which is not true. If the customer did decide to shovel her driveway, it would be her choice to clear her driveway as it would only have been 2 hours after a snow fall. She also claims we have too many customers, fact is that all homes are complete within 8 hours after a snow fall, which is an amazing response time and it is very clear on all our contracts. When she claims we came the next day March 1 at noon, we did because another snow fall took place early that morning (March 1).
Once again we attended the property well within the 8 hour response time. She wants her money back the simple answer is NO. We always attended her property within the 8 hour time frame. We delivered our services as promised, in 15+ years we have never let down a customer and not plowed with in the eight hours. We do offer another program for customers who need service within four hours that was also offered again to this customer.
We strive to make every customer happy in this case the customer was unclear of what she signed up for. We delivered our service as promised.
